Project

Details

Barbara had built a career most people only dream about — 30 years as a litigator, a coaching practice, a book, speaking stages. What she hadn't built yet was a brand that looked like all of that. She came to us polished, professional, and ready to step fully into the next era. We helped her get there, without losing an ounce of who she already was.

Challenge

Barbara M. Littles, Esq. is a retired attorney, business coach, author, and speaker. She's an executive director on the John Maxwell Team, travels to speak, and works with women who are building serious businesses and careers. She was booked, credentialed, and operating at a high level, but her brand had quietly become disjointed. She felt like it wasn't a true reflection of her personality, style, and overall presence. The visual identity she'd been using was corporate and safe, the kind of "professional" that reads as polished in a courtroom but doesn't quite capture the magnetism of the woman behind it. She was hiding, not intentionally, but the brand was doing it for her.

Goal

Soften the aesthetic without touching the authority. Barbara's presence in person is warm, magnetic, and distinctly her — and the goal was to translate that into a brand that felt the same way. That meant a full rebrand: new visual identity, a creative-directed photoshoot, a new website, and marketing collateral that could carry the full weight of where she was going. We wanted the brand to do what Barbara does in a room — draw people in, make them feel something, and make them want to work with her.

Result

Over 50% increase in website traffic. A sold-out coaching program launch. A new podcast. But beyond the numbers, Barbara stepped into a brand that finally announced her the way she deserved to be announced. In her words: "I was doing business, but didn't feel like I had a brand before working with Lex Creative."
